I just recorded Part Five of my Sacred Pilgrimage Series.

This is day two of my Yoni Cave explorations. I talk about the Keeper of the Cave and the provisions that magically appeared!

I talk about the totem animal messengers that crossed my path- the golden fox, the golden moth and the owl.

I also talk about the Twin Flame Mountains (St Baume has a twin!) in the South of France and how both the Moon Goddess and Oracular energy is strong here.

Finally I share how these days in the Yoni Cave were during the anniversary of the death portal of my twin- and how the Universe was preparing me for the intensity of his death anniversary that would be incoming the next day.

I just recorded Part Four of my Sacred Pilgrimage Series.

Most people know about the Grotto Sainte-Marie Madeleine at St Baume but many have not heard of the Yoni Cave (aka Cave of the Eggs).

In this Episode I talk about the two pathways to get to the top of St Baume- the Path of the Kings (Chemins des Roys) and the Veiled Pathway of the Priestess (and why it is NOT the pathway of the Couch which is how most translate Chemin de Canape)

I share my journey of following the menstrual blood markings to get to the Yoni Cave aka the Womb of the Earth and the Portal of Creation- as well as my time in it.

I just recorded Part Three of my Sacred Pilgrimage Series.

My intention was to write about visiting the caves of St Baume. But after guidance and my resistance to guidance and then my surrender- I shifted to telling the story of Twin Flames and why True Love Never Dies.

This is a personal story that is 100% entirely real and not made up or embellished- despite how surreal it may seem.

I am telling this story because beyond all the other reasons I went on pilgrimage last year- what truly prompted this journey was the death of my Twin Flame.

And it is in this episode that I tell you our story.

I am going to start a series of blogs I post here that are going to be part of my Membership on Substack. I am posting the first one as Public access so everyone can read or listen to the start of this Series and have the option to join my Membership if interested in continuing to follow my journey. I have just started a Podcast here on Substack called ‘The Sacred Pilgrimage Series’ where I will have these articles posted.

The focus of this Series is to lead you on the journey with me as I walk the Sacred Lands of France and Spain. This series will lead into a book I am going to write- but for now I share this journey with my Members here on Substack :)))

As many of you know- at the end of July 2025 I put all my things in storage, sold my car, cancelled all my memberships, stopped writing/recording content- and I went dark. I was called to go on a deep inward journey as I was struggling with some physical health things that needed my focus and care, but I also was needing a reset for my Soul and Spirit. Pilgrimage is how I fill my cup and recharge my batteries- and this Pilgrimage was like 100 of them rolled into 1 (no joke!).

My health conditions were Endometriosis and Adenomyosis- conditions that come through my Mother Line (my mom had it, we believe my Grammy had it but people did not know what it was back then). And these lands of France and Spain contain ancestors from my Mother line- so there was an underlying purpose to the trip that had to do with healing Mother Line trauma as I worked to heal myself.

In addition I was in burn out- due to being a single mother who was doing most everything on my own and a kiddo who was going through A LOT on her scoliosis journey- all while working and having a high level of output for the content and courses I taught. I finally reached a tipping point where I was officially in burn out. If you have ever been in burn out you know what it feels like- and perhaps you know how that one moment arrives where all of a sudden you look around and go WOW how did I arrive here!?! I was not in burn out because I did not love my kid or my work- they are the two loves of my life (along with the Divine Mother Herself)- but it was just one of those ‘straw that broke the camel’s back’ situations. Everyone close to me could see it and was commenting on it and then magically this pathway opened up for me to take a long journey alone to come back to myself, heal myself and reset myself. I am grateful AND what it took to get me there was not all hearts and roses :-0

My original focus on this Sacred Journey was to visit Sacred Sites associated with Mary Magdalene and Jesus, the Grail Lineages and Grail Sites throughout France and Spain, and walk the Camino de Santiago. I will tell you the Journey shifted and changed A LOT with places calling me I had no idea I would visit and other places planned that fell to the wayside. As the saying goes “If you want to make Goddess laugh, tell her your plans” (loosely quoted).

My start to my journey was pure chaos- for me this is a sign that something BIG is coming but first the unraveling has to happen. I was packing and moving and selling my car- and thank Goddess for my Mother Lucia (her name means Light!) as she helped me immensely. I was going to do all of this alone (thinking I actually could manage it by myself in true single parent “I can do everything” fashion) but in hindsight there is no way I could have done it without her. Like I literally probably would have had a nervous breakdown if it were not for my mother. Thank you, Mom!

I finally had everything done and was WIPED OUT beyond belief. I arrived at the airport to fly out and my flight was delayed and then cancelled. I had to spend the night at an airport hotel as I had no home to go back to and I had to reschedule my connecting flight, my car rental and my accommodations in France. The next day my flight was delayed again but I got out just in time to make it to my rescheduled connecting flight without missing it. It was not until I was on my plane from Philadelphia to France that I felt like I could truly relax :-0 I am a travel planner-I have a Credit Card where I use it for everything and I get miles. So I was flying to France in Business class on my Business class mileage ticket that cost me 0 dollars- and it was at this point I could finally relax, lay the seat down into a bed and pass out.

I arrived in Nice, France on August 1st (Calendar Lughnasadh- a harvest festival) and wow was the airplane descent into the South of France GORGEOUS! I could see the beautiful beaches and the glorious azure blue color of the ocean. I had only been to Nice once when I was about 10 or 11. I went to the South of France with my dad and his mother (my Grandmother). We visited Nice, Monte Carlos and Monaco. I remember absolutely LOVING IT. Little did I know the mystical, magical energies weaved into this Sacred land would call me back 35 years later!

Truly France is one of my absolute favorite countries. The conventional French Food is not my favorite- I am vegan so I do not eat dairy or meat and I avoid gluten and I don’t drink coffee (so no lattes and croissants for me!). But now that organic, vegan, health conscious food is becoming more popular all over the planet- it was not hard for me at all to find amazing French Food that was vegan friendly. Back when I was here at age 10 I remember being forced to eat shrimp with their heads still on and I was mortified. There was nothing vegetarian on the menu and I sometimes ate seafood and had had shrimp before at SIzzler’s- but they bread their shrimp and they also de-head them- so you really cannot SEE what you are eating. I felt their beady little eyes staring at me and I could only imagine their suffering as they were caught and killed. I never wanted to eat shrimp again after that trip with my dad and I went full vegetarian after that.

Anyhow- I digress! I got my rental car with a free upgrade to a lovely compact SUV with navigation and off I drove making my way to Saint Baume! I cannot remember how this happened but I ended up taking this side road through the forest to get there- rather than the main roads recommend by GPS. Now that I think about it as I am writing I am remembering it was because of my health condition that required me to stop and use the bathroom a lot (due to bleeding). So I took a side road so I could use the bathroom in the woods. I actually had to do this A LOT throughout my trip- and in hindsight I realized I was leaving my blood all over the land as I journeyed on my pilgrimage. Maybe TMI (too much information)- but menstrual blood also known as Moon Blood is what connects you to being a Mother (it is literally what makes it possible to gestate a baby) and is also what connects you to your Mother Line and the Great Mother herself whose Womb gestated all of us. So releasing my blood to the Earth was a ritual in and of itself- but initially it was not done ritually it was practical. But at a certain point it dawned on me and I began doing it ritually (later on the journey).

As I made my way through the Foret Domaniale de Mazaugues- I had deja vu (en Francais! ha!). I had not been to this forest in this lifetime but wow was it familiar! Upon deeper research I discovered the ancient village by this forest had a thriving ice trade that kept Marseille’s seafood fresh. The village’s name comes from Madaligas- which means ‘country of water’. It is also strangely similar to Magdalen- and I was heading to Saint Baume the place Mary Magdalene is said to have spent the last decades of her life in a cave there. Another ancient meaning of the root of this word can be ‘mass of air’- which I believe is connected to the french word mistral which is the wind of Provence that cleans the air. Apparently the French have 32 different kinds of winds in the South of France! And the mistral is the strong, cold wind that is the master of them all and can apparently induce madness! The air is certainly clear in this mountain area and the forest area was magical and the drive was lovely.

I finally arrived at the Hostellerie de la Sainte-Baume- tired and ready to pass out. I checked into my room that had a lovely view of the Mountains, took a shower and headed to visit the Chapel at the Hostellerie. This beautiful chapel has amazing paintings of Mary Magdalene arriving in France. This place feels very holy.

I then went out to view the Mountain of St Baume. St Baume “derives from the Provençal word “baumo,” meaning “grotto” or “cave,” reflecting its historical association with Mary Magdalene’s cave in Southern France. The name signifies the area’s significance as a site of pilgrimage and spirituality.” (Wikipedia). I had been here once before in 2012- but only for one night and I did not get into the Holy Cave as it was closed by the time we got there and we had to leave early the next morning to fly back to the States. There is a whole story around that journey which I will share in future chapters of this Sacred Pilgrimage Series. It is part of why I was here again- the call to return had been there for 13 years (a Goddess number!) and NOW was the time!

I then headed down to community dinner. It is at this dinner that I met a dear soul sister who we both are very clear we have known each other before in previous lifetimes (probably several). She and I would weave in and out of each other journeys over the next 6 weeks- as we both were in France but had different itineraries- but the Universe kept bringing us back together. Her name is Jessica and you can see the picture attached (with her permission!). She is a dear Soul Sister and it was such a blessing to meet her on DAY ONE of my journey!

I also met this lovely French couple- where the husband translated my English for his wife who mostly spoke French. They asked me why I was here and I said I was here for Mary Magdalene. They were devotees of the Virgin Mary and they shared with me their own devotion to the Virgin Mary and how they visited her site of Lourdes. They also told me about a place of Apparitions in Bosnia called Medjugorje where the Virgin began appearing in 1981 and continues to appear to this day!?! I had never heard of this place. I googled it and found that her first appearance happened on my Birthday- June 24th in 1981 (I was 3 at the time)! WOW. They were so kind and gifted me a Virgin Mary necklace charm for my journey ahead. They planted the seed in my heart to add to my Pilgrimage Virgin Mary apparition sites- some of which I intentionally visited (like Lourdes) and some of which I ended up accidentally visiting (clearly not an accident but guided by Her!). The gift of the Virgin Mary metal was a sign of what was to come!

I then went for a walk and watched the Sunset and the First Quarter Moon Rise on the eve of Calendar Lughnasadh. August 2nd is Calendar Lughnasadh- the celebration of Harvest and mid season festival between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox- also known as Litha and Mabon. I personally celebrate these festivals on their Solar dates- Solar Lughnasadh occurs when the Sun is at 15 degrees of Leo- which happens around August 6th or 7th each year pending leap year and your location (for 2025 it was August 7th). Lughnasadh is the festival of Sacrifice and Harvest and marks the first of the 3 Harvest festivals (grains, fruits and nuts)- which were very important to the ancient people as it was a time to begin preparing for Winter ahead. I will share more about this as I get to that Solar Gateway on my journey. I did not intentionally time my trip with Solar Lughnasadh- I timed my entire trip around the Jupiter Sirius conjunction coming later in August (more on that below)- but I found on my journey many astrological alignments that were part of the calling that I did not realize were part of the Great Weave of the Mother as I followed her thread and honored her call.

I went to my room and fell asleep before it got dark- I was so exhausted. And then I magically woke again at 2:15am just in time to see the Pleiades Rise and eventually at 4:44am I saw Venus, Jupiter and Sirius all rise in the East- as an owl called out! Then I was thinking of my Star Family (aka my Alien friends the Sirians and Pleiadians) wondering where they were and then I kid you not all of a sudden I see this flashing light in the sky above the Saint Baume Mountains. It was moving up and down erratically and it was NOT normal. I thought to myself - oh my god is that a UFO!?! I have no other explanation for it! I have only seen a UFO once (that I am aware of) while camping out at Panther Meadows on Mount Shasta back in the Summer of 2009. It had the same erratic pattern- going up and down, side to side, moving faster and slower, appearing and disappearing and reappearing in another part of the sky. Since I was just meditating on the Pleiades and Sirius rising along with the Benefics Venus and Jupiter- it felt like my Pleiadian and Sirian Star Family saying hi literally as I was thinking about them. WOW!

It was this time- in the early morning hours of August 2nd- that I saw my first totem animal appearance that felt like it appeared for me (the day before I saw a magpie) as this curious and beautiful white moth with black spots appeared in my room. White Moths (omg auto correct just spelled it White Mothers!)- remind me of the Virgin Mary. The black spots remind me of Black Panther. The name of the Moth was White Ermine. In Latin the name is Spilosoma lubricipeda- which means spotted body and slippery foot. It is supposed to reflect the characteristics of the moth- known for its spotted wing pattern and its ability to evade predators. Ermine is usually used for a type of weasel that turns white in the winter- often with a black tip on the tail. This white weasel fur is used in ceremonial robes. Because of the draw of moths to the Light they are totems of following the Light, enlightenment and transformation. So I felt in this appearance the White Mother reminding me that She is with me on this journey <3

At this time Venus was at 2’08 Cancer heading to my Natal Sun- Jupiter was at 11’55 Cancer heading to my Natal Jupiter. The auspicious and blessed Venus/Jupiter/Sirius conjunction was building- which would be exact almost two weeks later on August 13th- and this is why I was here. This Astrology is what called me to this Sacred Land.

And my journey had only just begun…

P.S. I am posting this first chapter of my Sacred Pilgrimage Series as we head into Solar Imbolc on February 3rd- which is the precise opposite Gateway to Lughnasadh. (Calendar version is on February 2nd). The Full Moon this weekend on February 1st actually activates the Sun’s position when I first arrived to France last year. Imbolc is the Gate of Emergence- and it truly feels that 6 months ago I went on a pilgrimage of Sacrifice (letting go of my home, my car, my work) and a time of Harvest where all I had done up until that point in my life was being reaped and gathered. And now at this Gateway of Emergence- I am coming out of the Void and beginning to share it all with you. The timing of this was not planned- but the Universe clearly scheduled it ;)
