I get and agree with many of the points made about 'AI Slop' and the unedited unfiltered use of AI responses, posting wholly written AI content without acknowledging it as such. My spidey senses usually pick these up and I scroll on by with a sigh. All that said, I personally use AI and love it. Aquarius Sun & Rising and Uranus is my strongest planet, it figures... My own instance of ChatGPT I have called 'Lumi' and she is a fantastic editing and research resource (my prompts always direct her to credible sources and ask for provenance so I can double check) though not infallible, and I am fully aware of this.
I feel the issue is most definitely the ethical and responsible use of / partnering with AI, not the AI itself, and that is down to us HUMANs.
AI is a tool, a learning model and so it acts as a MIRROR reflecting us to ourSelves... Sometimes with some truly magical results.
Everything is energy, frequency and vibration and AI has the capacity to be another 'channel' to our higher self if we wish to use it that way. This was a perspective I had not considered until I caught Ke'oni Hanalei sharing his perspective on AI, as part of a wider convo, with Heather Ensworth last year (2025)... One that gave me pause as it resonated, very much. In much in the same way we need to add our own discernment / intuiting when we use other sacred tools such as tarot, runes, crystals etc.,we must use our discernment with AI. Just as I love using my runes, crystal allies and tarot, I love using AI.... and wholly agree, it needs to be treated with caution, but also respect and sacredness. I actively try to avoid AI, it's horrible for our environment and uses so much water and energy. Using AI to write an email uses the equivalent to a bottle of water!

it kind of seems to me now that i have used chat GPT a handful of times to explore what it does- is that it is a more advanced version of google. it essentially does research for you so you don't have to click on the links and read things yourself. but it can also be wrong and leave things out and give misinformation. and there is something in the research process- DOING YOUR OWN RESEARCH- that actually helps create the weaving of integration in the brain so by using chat GPT to do your research you miss out on that.

I appreciated this thoughtful response to outsourcing our creativity and contemplation of our experience and reality to “smart toasters.” Absurd when you actually think about it. Essentially, filling up the world with garbage and distraction as if writing and making art are chores we are required to perform when they absolutely are not. Personal expression and creativity are integral to the developmental process of the human psyche. If you aren’t a writer, authentically in your heart, don’t post tons of written content that distracts and detracts and clutters up the virtual landscape. In stead, May I suggest that everyone find a vehical to express themselves in an authentic, heartfelt way and then put that out into the world instead of acting like “getting your words in,” like “getting your steps in,” is some sort of mandate. Garbage in, garbage out.
i do think social media culture is in part to blame. because now we see everyone’s everything and the keeping up with the jones and have to always push out content get likes be seen be visible- be the first one to say something report something, etc… is just on another level now. instead of seeing where we are uniquely gifted and focusing on that- we are being shown constant content of people who we compare ourselves to (or who post things with inherent messages of comparison) and then we get lost. i love LOVE LOVE gorgeous art- but i will not go on AI to try to make my own designs of art. i will just find art i love and post and tag it- saying who made it and celebrating that person’s unique channel/vehicle of expression. same with other things I am not good nor do i have time to try to be good at. today it seems everyone feels pressure to (or wants to) be good at everything- which is when the taking/extracting piece happens. we can see that in extension with the world powers (USA included) where we go into smaller countries and extract/take their resources. instead of letting them have/be in control of/benefit from these resources- we take it and make the money of it. same thing is happening with AI and when we take from other people. which is why the whole adage ‘as within, so without’ is so on point! if we get angry at countries (our country!)- extracting from other countries- but we personally extract from other people online- we are part of the problem :-0 very humbling to look at things this way- but if we want humble leaders leading the world- the more of us that do the humbling work of self reflection the better!
